How might we rethink trust and relationships in business?
Art Director, Context Partners
Context
Trust is the foundation of meaningful engagement, yet it remains one of the biggest challenges in public-facing work. In 2018 Edelman Trust Barometer revealed a global decline in trust in institutions (it still does), highlighting the urgent need for new approaches to building credibility and authentic relationships. In our work, we saw firsthand how trust gaps hindered collaboration, stifled community participation, and made it difficult to drive meaningful change.
Approach
To address this, we dedicated a special issue of The Practice Papers—Context Partners’ annual thought leadership publication—to trust, providing practitioners and clients with actionable strategies to foster transparency, accountability, and stronger community connections. Grounded in real-world experiences and research, this resource distilled key insights on how to build and sustain trust, even in environments of skepticism or institutional distrust. Through clear frameworks and practical tools, it provided a roadmap for businesses and organizations looking to strengthen relationships and drive impact.
Responsibilities
Worked closely with the creative director and lead designer to bring the publication from concept to completion.
Led external design teams to maintain cohesive execution.
Oversaw print production to ensure top-quality results.
Contributed a piece highlighting the importance of engaging those most impacted by a design outcome to create effective, sustainable solutions.
